Quote of the week: “I think I’ve got it!” – Manu

The week began with grinding our video to its final shape. With the battle result of many night shifts, countless crashes in After Effects and a dead laptop (RIP) we proudly presented our final video on Tuesday. If you haven’t seen it yet, you can find it here:

After a small break and a short 12-hour nap, we immersed ourselves in the conceptualization of our final presentation structure. The highlight of the week was the presentation test run on Thursday – not so much because of the presentation itself, but because of the people we hadn’t seen for so long. Despite the enormous time difference, we had our first experience of running a presentation via Zoom in a professional setup together with ASE from Melbourne. Many thanks to Aaron and Christine for organizing all this! It was so nice to see you all!

While we were familiarizing ourselves with the technical specifications of the online presentation and learning what the event on May 7th will be like, we also received a lot of valuable feedback on our presentation. Even though we were a bit insecure there, we can now proudly say that we have regained our IdeaSquare mentality and are now moving in the right direction! 🙂

Another event during this week was the digital SUDS organized by the bronze medal winners of the inno-quiz Ideas’R’Us. They prepared a night full of digital games and bad puns, which was a lot of fun!

Our next step is now the final presentation on 7 May. We are very excited and hope to see you there.
